Check In Process
If it is your first visit to the Baton Rouge Clinic, please stop at the front desk for assistance in locating your physician's check-in station. There are also signs in the building to assist you in finding your physician.
All patients need to check-in with the receptionist so that we know you have arrived for your appointment. The receptionist will verify your insurance information at each visit, so please bring your insurance card and notify the receptionist of any changes in your coverage. The receptionist will also collect any co-payments or portions of your bill that are not covered by your insurance for that visit. They will also assist you in scheduling your next appointment.
All Baton Rouge Clinic facilities are handicap accessible.
