National Osteoporosis Foundation - Nutrition for Your Bone Health

The National Osteoporosis Foundation will present a free, live educational webinar, Nutrition for your Bone Health presented by Jeri Nieves, Ph.D on June 29, 2010 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm EST (1:00 to 2:00 CST).

This will be the second of four webinars being presented through National Osteoporosis Foundation's new Healthy Bones, Build Them for Life® webinar series.

Presentations led by bone health experts will discuss educational information about topics key to osteoporosis treatment or prevention.  Each webinar will conclude with a question and answer session.

Topic overview:

This educational webinar will teach you about the food choices you can make to meet the nutritional needs for optimal bone health. The webinar will also provide information about foods and nutrients that you should consume in moderation and when to consider taking supplements to benefit your bones.

If you have any of the following or just want to learn more then this seminar is for you!

People with low bone density or osteoporosis.
People who have an interest in nutrition and bone health.
Family members and caretakers.
People who have been affected by the disease.
