Physician Referrals

If you are scheduled to see one of our specialty / subspecialty physicians, please bring a copy of any pertinent labs or xrays (either through films or a computer disc) that were NOT DONE at the Baton Rouge Clinic.

Please inform us at the time of your visit if you were referred by a physician who is not a member of the Baton Rouge Clinic. We will promptly send a report of our consultation to your physician if requested.
