To schedule an appointment for the following physicians, please call the corresponding number:

• Appointments for all other doctors - (225) 246-9240

Please have your insurance card available when making your appointment. Many managed care insurance plans require a primary care physician referral prior to making a specialist appointment to ensure payment of full benefits. If your plan requires a referral, please have your referral number when scheduling your appointment.

We have sign language interpretors on staff. Please notify the scheduler if you require this service during your visit to the Clinic.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call as early as possible to cancel or reschedule.
